1. Returns
- You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

- Certain items, such as personal care products, cosmetics, supplements, and hygiene-related items, cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.
2. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If the product was defective or damaged upon arrival, we will issue a full refund including shipping costs.
3. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at hamzabhatti0412@gmail.com.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Personal care products, beauty tools, opened health supplements, and hygiene-related items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
- Sale or discounted items are final sale and not eligible for returns.
5. Return Shipping

6. Order Cancellations
- Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once processed, they cannot be canceled or modified.
